🎄 Volunteer Requirements

To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of the Ashland Christmas Village, volunteers must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
   
• Demonstrate maturity, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions from event coordinators.
   
• Be friendly, patient, and helpful when interacting with children and families.
   
• Be able to stand for approximately 3–4 hours during a volunteer shift.
   
• Be prepared for winter weather and able to remain outdoors in the cold while dressed appropriately.
   
• Be willing to consent to a background check as part of our commitment to providing a safe, family-friendly environment.
